Who we are

Nor Hub is a hospitality platform for guests and property owners in Ethiopia. We help people find and book stays, and we give houses a way to run rooms, orders, and an in-stay concierge.

We are not a hotel, travel agency, or insurer. We do not own or run the properties listed here. The stay itself is an agreement between you and the host.

Accounts

Keep your details honest and your login private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. We may close an account that is false, abusive, or unsafe.

If you open an owner account for a hotel or house, you confirm you have the right to list that property and to accept bookings for it.

Owners

If you list a property, you agree to:

• Keep prices, photos, rooms, and amenities accurate.
• Hold the licences and tax registrations Ethiopia requires for that house.
• Honour bookings made at the rate shown at checkout.
• Carry insurance that fits a working hospitality business.

Bookings and payments

Payments go through Stripe. When you book, you allow Stripe (and us, through Stripe) to charge the card you give for the stay, taxes, and extras you add.

Prices may show in USD or ETB, depending on how the host set the listing. Owner payouts go through Stripe Connect, under Stripe’s own connected-account terms.

Cancellations

Each host sets their own cancellation rules. Those rules are shown before you confirm. Refunds follow the host’s policy. We cannot force a host to refund outside that policy.

The concierge

Mesob, the in-stay assistant, is software. It can help with menus, rooms, and local questions. It is not staff, a doctor, or a binding promise from us. For anything that matters (hours, transport, safety), check with the house.

What you may not do

• Use Nor Hub for fraud or anything illegal.
• Try to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Post fake reviews or junk.
• Interfere with another guest’s stay session or a host’s work.

Our work, your use

The software, design, name, and concierge belong to Nor Hub. You get a simple licence to use the product for booking or running a house. You do not get the code or the brand.

If something goes wrong

The platform is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be up, or that a listed room will match the photos. We are not responsible for the stay itself: the room, the food, or what happens on the property.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect harm from using Nor Hub. You agree to cover us if your use of the service, or a stay you take, causes a claim against us.

Ending access

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or harms other people on the platform.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. If we have a dispute, we will try to settle it by talking first.
